Craft Avenue Distribution is a wholesale supplier to the scrapbooking, cardmaking, stamping and craft products industry in Australia and New Zealand.
Products sold are for resale only, note we do not sell direct to the general public, strictly Wholesale accounts only
In an effort to protect the integrity and quality of the retail marketplace, Craft Avenue Distribution will only open customer accounts for genuine retailers and reserve the right to refuse supply to businesses who do not meet our criteria.
You will need to be a legitimate reseller and marketer of the brands we supply to be considered for an account. This includes selling via any of the following retail channels;
* Bricks and Mortar Retailers
* Online Retailers Including Ecommerce Websites as well as Social and Sales Platforms Retailers on Facebook, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Gumtree etc.
Educators and Marketers
Consultants
Home Based Businesses
** Please note that we also supply Schools, Colleges, Religious Groups, Prisons and Government departments.
You will need to provide proof that you are a legitimate reseller and that you are capable of actively promoting and selling our products to the benefit of all parties in order to be awarded an account.
Please note that Craft Avenue Distribution reserves the right to close any customer account
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Access is available to our online store 24/7 with minimal downtime.
The majority of all orders placed online are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Ashmore within two (2) three (3) working days via our most economic option. Please allow for time in transit when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal and Direct Deposit as payment
(we do not offer credit facilities).
Payment is required at time of ordering unless stated to the contrary.
- Accounts inactive for 6 months or longer will be disabled and removed.
- If paying by direct deposit, please email the bank payment receipt to craftavenuedistribution@outlook.com
ORDERS
Once an order has been processed and payment notification is received, goods will be sent as soon as possible.
Any special information must be included in the notes of the submitted order including but not limited to: additions to existing orders, acceptable substitutions, special codes etc.
Any changes to address, delivery or contact information must be sent in writing(email) to craftavenuedistribution@outlook.com before order processing.
PREORDERS
Preorder items must be submitted as a separate order from in-stock items. Orders that combine preorder and in-stock products may result in the entire order being held until all preorder items are available, which can cause shipping delays.
To ensure in-stock items are dispatched promptly, we strongly recommend placing preorder items in their own dedicated order. Preorders will be shipped once the stock becomes available, in line with the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of ordering.
Estimated arrival dates for preorder items are indicative only and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep customers informed of any significant updates.
FREIGHT
Please note, we will always attempt to source the cheapest shipping charge for your order and will refund if you have been overcharged.
Craft Avenue Distribution uses a range of freight options, by default the most economical option will be used. The Customer may request a specific method if applicable.
PRE-RELEASE INFORMATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
From time to time, wholesale customers may receive early notification of upcoming products, including images, descriptions, pricing, or preorder opportunities. This information is shared to assist with planning and preparation and is intended for internal use only. We kindly ask that wholesale customers do not share, publish, or promote any product images or details to their customers or the general public before the official release date advised by us. Releasing information early may impact preorder arrangements or future access to advance product information.
RETURN POLICY
Any discrepancies in deliveries or damaged product must be notified within seven (7) days.
For goods incorrectly supplied by Craft Avenue Distribution our staff will organise and advise a method of return as soon as possible. The correct items will be shipped with the customers next order or at our expense, whichever comes first.
